Booking Conditions and Rules:

  • BOOKING CONFIRMATION: The procedure to book one of our vehicles is really simple and takes just a few clicks: you can do it from any computer, tablet or smartphone. You can write to us or send us a Whatsapp message. Our written confirmation will always be valid.
  • NOTICE: the service must be booked 24 hours before the event. For bookings received without adequate notice it is not possible to guarantee acceptance of the service;
  • CANCELLATION: the cancellation to be accepted, must be confirmed via email and depending on the case may include penalties;
  • DELAYS: For all services, a free passenger wait of 30 minutes from the appointment time is tolerated; beyond this time, the customer is required to pay an additional sum set out in the company price list, for each hour or fraction of 30 minutes of waiting by the driver.
  • NO SHOW: For all services, in the event of a passenger’s failure to show up within the time limit of 15 minutes from the appointment time and without any telephone warning (no show), the driver is allowed to leave the meeting place: the service will still be charged
  • CHANGES TO THE SERVICE: Any changes to the data transmitted during the booking phase will be accepted within 4 hours of the appointment time. Beyond this deadline, in the event of a request to change the data transmitted during the booking phase (service times or itinerary), the minimum amount owed by the customer to NCC Andrea Neri will still be the one previously established during the booking phase.
  • BEHAVIOUR ON BOARD: it is forbidden during transport
    • to smoke;
    • to drink alcoholic beverages;
    • to soil, dirty or damage the vehicle;
    • to demand the transport of pets without prior agreements;
    • to demand the vehicle to stop without being scheduled during the booking phase;
  • RATES: The price is always customized based on the request and acceptance of the quote is always valid. Please remember that all rates are exclusive of VAT (10%).
  • TRANSPARENCY: To ensure a service aligned with our standards, Autobologna NCC operates according to a quality- and professionalism-driven model, rather than engaging in price-based competition. We invite you to proceed with the booking only if this approach reflects your expectations.

This document defines the general terms and conditions of use of the services offered by Andrea Neri NCC

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Dear user, before starting to browse the site and before registering on the same, we invite you to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions that regulate the use of the services offered through the site.

Access, navigation and use of the site imply the express acceptance of the contractual terms and conditions set out in these General Conditions, as well as the consequent obligation for each user to comply with them.

The Privacy Policy available at: https://www.iubenda.com/privacy-policy/61575961  is to be considered an integral document incorporated into these General Conditions of Use.

Access to the site and its use is entirely voluntary and attributes to the user, regardless of registration to the same, the responsibility to comply and to be contractually and legally bound by these Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Ncc Andrea Neri reserves the right to modify the content of the General Conditions of Use whenever it deems it appropriate and without prior notice. It follows that it will be the user’s responsibility to consult the Conditions each time they access the site.

1. Service Definition

1.1 Our NCC service offers transparent rates and a spacious vehicle for private or business trips. Book a luxury car with a professional driver for a stress-free experience.

1.2 These services are carried out at the request of users, who may be natural persons (“Private Customers”) or collaborators and/or employees of companies or accommodation facilities (“Business Customers”) (collectively, “Customer” or “Customers”), ​​on a non-continuous or periodic basis, on itineraries and times established from time to time, only and exclusively upon prior request for booking.

1.3 The NCC service includes the provision of a vehicle for passenger transport driven exclusively by a driver registered in the Professional Role of the category at the relevant Chambers of Commerce, in possession of the specific requirements and valid documents that enable the same to operate in public

2. Type of services

The services offered by Andrea Neri NCC are those listed in the “SERVICES AVAILABLE” section of the website and in any case are divided into the following types:

  • Hourly disposition: consists of transporting the Customer to the destination and remaining at his disposal; the rates are based on the time the car remains available and the length of the route. It is specified that the minimum hourly disposition is 4 hours. Furthermore, after 12 hours of continuous disposition of a vehicle and driver, NCC Andrea Neri reserves the right to replace the driver and vehicle by virtue of respecting the maximum working hours of the driver;
  • Transfers: consists of transporting the Customer to the destination without any intermediate stops; once the destination is reached, the driver leaves the Customer and does not remain at his disposal; These services include, for example, transfers to and from airports and other places of interest
  • Private shuttles: they are characterized by the consistency of the timetable and route and by the reiteration of the service over time; once agreed with the Customer, the type of vehicle is always the same except for exceptional situations;
  • Special services: they consist of satisfying the Customer’s request for special services, national or international, with possible request for particular vehicles (transport management for events, conferences and demonstrations, high representation and security services, tourist visits and excursions, night service for receptions, theater, clubs, etc.). By way of example, LimoLane offers Tour Designs that suggest combining the hourly service with a possible itinerary that covers the main points of interest, a tour for the customer.
 

3. External collaborators

Neri Andrea Ncc collaborates with other NCC companies, which undertake to operate with the same standards of quality and efficiency, and can avail itself of these for the performance of the services if it deems it appropriate.

Neri Andrea Ncc ensures that its collaborators and subcontractors carry out the entrusted service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and safety protocols. The companies that collaborate with Neri Andrea Ncc are exclusively and directly responsiblectly of the services entrusted to them.

4. Service booking

The booking request can be made by Customers:

  • Using the website www.autobolognancc.it by filling out the form and waiting for confirmation.
  • Sending a Whatsapp message to the number +393534765596

Neri Andrea Ncc confirms the booking by email or reply message and does not assume any responsibility for bookings sent with other systems. The booking confirmation that will be sent must be kept and, upon request, presented to the driver. The service will be provided in the ways, times and places indicated in the service confirmation document that the Customer acknowledges as full proof between the parties regarding the execution of the service itself, as agreed;

The Customer is required to verify the accuracy of the information contained therein and to promptly report any discrepancies from what was requested. Vehicle availability is guaranteed if the booking request is confirmed by email for bookings made on the web platform and via Whatsapp reply message via mobile phone.

The guarantee of availability may not be ensured in the case of: events, fairs, international conferences, large private and institutional events, public holidays, natural events, and causes of force majeure. Neri Andrea Ncc undertakes to promptly inform the customer in the event that the booking has not been successful 

At the time of booking the Customer is required to communicate:

  1. The starting and destination address including Street/Square/Avenue and house number;
  2. The departure time of the service;
  3. The total number of passengers;
  4. The type of vehicle requested, the presence of luggage and its dimensions;
  5. The presence of minors who require child seats or other safety systems required by the Highway Code;
  6. The presence of animals;
  7. The presence of passengers with special assistance requests. By way of example and not limited to the need to transport a wheelchair;
  8. In the case of departures from places of interest such as airports or train stations, the plane number or train number.
 

5. Rates

  1. Rates are subject to continuous changes depending on the time, day of the week, time remaining for the service at the time the reservation is requested and the availability of the vehicles. In the case of an agreement or framework agreement, rates will be fixed and not subject to changes unless previously agreed;
  2. For direct extra-urban transfers (without stopping), the rate is calculated with the cost per kilometre considering the outward and return journey;
  3. Rates include: fuel and motorway tolls in Italy; additional expenses (ZTL, motorway tolls abroad, ferries, etc.) will be charged at the end of the journey;
  4. Pick up services to/from airports have dedicated rates;
  5. Unless otherwise indicated, for services that start at the airport, and only if the correct flight code is communicated, the rate includes 45 minutes free from the time the flight lands, while for all other services the rate includes 15 minutes of free waiting;
  6. The waiting time after that provided for in point 5.5 will be charged on an hourly basis;
  7. For each service lasting 8 hours or more, a refund of the meal is due. At the ninth hour from the start of the service, the driver’s second meal is provided at the same price;
  8. In the case of services that require the driver to stay overnight, the hotel expenses will be reimbursed and will be communicated to the Customer at the time of booking;
  9. For services carried out on holidays and/or at night (22:00 – 07:00) a 20% supplement is applied on the ordinary rate, while for services carried out on Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Easter a 50% supplement is applied;

6. Payment methods

At the end of the services, payments must be made using the following methods:

  1. The Customer may pay for the services to Neri Andrea Ncc by credit card directly on the vehicle;
  2. The Business Customer may also pay for the services by bank transfer, subject to the issuance of an invoice by Neri Andrea Ncc vtowards the company or the accommodation facility of reference;
  3. The total cost of the service will be invoiced to the Customer using the data that the same will have indicated at the time of booking;
  4. The Customer undertakes not to provide false information about his/her personal details (or about his/her company information) and address;
  5. The invoices will be sent via an exchange system in electronic format and will include a detailed description of the service provided and any extras.

 

7. Changes to the service

  1. Changes to bookings already confirmed may be requested, which are subject to availability checks and may result in a change in the rate;
  2. All changes are considered accepted only if confirmed in writing together with any new rate;
  3. If the change requested by the Customer cannot be made, the service will be reconfirmed as originally;
  4. Any extension of the rental and/or request for additional services to those booked will be made based on the driver’s availability and all liability for agreements made directly with the driver is declined.

 

8. Vehicle requirements

  1. Andrea Neri NCC is committed to offering a high quality service, through the use of safe vehicles equipped with all comforts, as well as driven by professional drivers;
  2. The company also undertakes to use recently registered vehicles, covered by insurance, in compliance with the circulation permits in force in Italy and the European Economic Community;
  3. The transport of passengers is entirely covered by the insurance that the NCC performing the service has stipulated for its vehicles with third parties.

 

9. Transport of luggage

  1. Each passenger can carry a maximum of two items. (1 hold bag of standard size and 1 hand bag);
  2. Any excess baggage (e.g. sports equipment such as skis and equipment, etc.) must be declared at the time of booking, in order to ensure that the rented vehicle is correctly equipped for such types of transport;
  3. The driver may refuse to load undeclared bulky objects, excess luggage or luggage that is not in suitable conditions for transport (e.g. broken, dirty, wet suitcases, etc.) on the vehicles if he believes that they may compromise the safety conditions of the journey;
  4. The transport of luggage inside the passenger compartment is not permitted, as per the Highway Code;
  5. Passengers’ property is transported under the exclusive responsibility of the passenger who declares ownership of it at the time of boarding;
  6. Liability for theft, damage or loss of luggage cannot be contested either to the company or to the driver.
 

10. Customer behavior during use

Users of the rental service are prohibited from:

  1. Smoking during transportation;
  2. Throwing objects from vehicles, whether stationary or moving;
  3. Defiling, soiling or damaging the vehicle;
  4. Eating and/or drinking alcohol;
  5. Demanding the transportation of pets without having adopted, in agreement with the rental company, all measures necessary to avoid damaging or soiling the vehicle;
  6. Demanding that transportation be carried out in violation of the safety and behavior regulations set out in the current Highway Code.
 

11. Terms for cancellation

  1. The Customer can cancel the reservation via dedicated email or via Whatsapp message, within the timeframes set out below, unless otherwise agreed;
  2. The following penalties apply to cancellation of the service for services rendered in Italy:

Transfer services in the Metropolitan Area of ​​Bologna and with a value estimated at the time of booking of less than €350.00:

  1. No penalty is applied up to 24 hours before departure;
  2. Up to 4 hours before the departure of the service, a penalty equal to 50% of the total amount is applied, within 4 hours the service must be paid in full

Transfer services in the Metropolitan Area of ​​Bologna and with a value estimated at the time of booking of more than €350.00:

  1. Up to 24 hours before departure, no penalty is applied no penalty;
  2. Up to 12 hours before the departure of the service, a penalty equal to 50% of the total amount is appliedale, within 12 hours the service must be paid in full.

Transfer services outside the Bologna Metropolitan Areas:

  1. Up to 24 hours before departure, no penalty is applied;

  1. Up to 24 hours before departure, no penalty is applied;

Hourly Arrangement Services:

  • No penalty is applied up to 24 hours before departure;
  • Up to 12 hours before departure of the service, a penalty equal to 50% of the total amount is applied, within 12 hours the service must be paid in full.
 

For all cancellation points and times set out in the previous paragraph, it is specified that the night time slot (22:00 and 07:00) is not taken into consideration. In the event of a cancelled flight/train or a delay of more than 30 minutes at departure, the Customer is required to notify the number used for the booking, so that the presence of an employee is guaranteed upon arrival;

If the Customer does not notify the delay or cancellation of the flight/train, he/she loses the right to the service and must still pay a penalty equal to 50% of the total amount;

In all other cases, if the Customer does not show up within one hour of the start of the service without having communicated any delays or cancellation of the same (so-called “No Show”), he loses the right to the service and will in any case have to pay the entire amount due plus any additional charges for waiting;

12. Responsibility and limitation of compensation for damages

  1. Neri Andrea Ncc uses external means and collaborators. Each collaborator is certified by Neri Andrea Ncc and is authorized to operate the Rental with Driver service. Neri Andrea Ncc undertakes in every reasonable way to ensure that the vehicles arrive on time for the departure and arrival appointments at the destination and will not be liable for delays due to force majeure;
  2. Costs, losses or other damages caused to the Customer and attributable to Neri Andrea Ncc, except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, will be reimbursed only within the limits of the value of the requested service;
  3. If Neri Andrea Ncc is unable to transport the Customer, with the means of external collaborators, to the booked and paid destination, it will organize the transfer with external means (taxi, rental car) and subsequently reimburse the Customer for the cost of such transport upon presentation of a receipt/invoice; the refund cannot exceed the rates agreed for the same route;

13. Insurance

  1. The company is insured to cover risks arising from transport, the responsibility for which is attributable to it in accordance with the law and the provisions of this contract;
  2. The company will not be liable for damage to persons or things whose value may exceed the maximum amount of the policy;
  3. In any case, any liability of the Company for the loss and/or damage of goods transported by the Customer arising from fortuitous events, force majeure, the nature and/or defects of the goods themselves, from the Customer’s actions or when the damage arises from inaccurate or reticent information from the Customer or from the characteristics of the goods themselves is excluded;
  4. In any case, the Customer will indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claim that any of its insurance companies, for any reason and/or title, may in the future be made to the same Company.

Andrea Neri NCC will ensure that all suppliers and subcontractors have adequate and sufficient insurance coverage to carry out the NCC service in compliance with current laws.

14. Complaints and lost items

  1. Any complaint relating to the services provided by the Company Neri Andrea Ncc must be formulated in writing and sent to Neri Andrea Ncc by registered mail or certified email no later than 8 days after the end of the rental service, under penalty of forfeiture. In any case, no complaint regarding the quality of the services provided may be asserted, not even as an exception, in court, if regular payment for the services to which the complaint refers has not taken place;
  2. In the event of passengers’ personal items being forgotten inside the vehicles, the passenger or customer may send a message tois electronic reporting the loss of an item. The customer will pay for any transportation and delivery costs of the item;
  3. Non-perishable items are kept for 12 months before being donated to a charitable cause. If the item is perishable, it will be disposed of on the expiration date.

15. Interpretation

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the same will be considered as not forming part of this Agreement, which will remain valid and enforceable for the remaining provisions

16. Legislation and competent court

  1. The rental relationship referred to in this contract is governed by Italian law;
  2. In the event of a conflict between the Italian version and any translated versions of this contract, the former will always prevail;
  3. For all disputes regarding the interpretation, validity or execution of the contract or individual clauses, the Court of Bologna has exclusive jurisdiction.

18. Privacy

  1. Neri Andrea Ncc undertakes to process personal data in compliance with the provisions in force regarding the protection of personal data, adopting the necessary measures that guarantee compliance with the GDPR and all laws and regulations of the European Union and the European Economic Area for the security of personal data;
  2. When the purchase of the services referred to in art. 2 of these General Conditions is made by a Private Customer or a Business Customer, Neri Andrea Ncc acts as Data Controller pursuant to European Regulation 2016/679 (“Regulation” or “GDPR”) and processes personal data according to the methods defined in the Privacy Policy;
  3. In addition to the provisions of paragraph 18.2, when the purchase of services is made by a Business Customer, Neri Andrea Ncc and the Business Customer act as independent Data Controllers of the data of users who use the Neri Andrea Ncc Service as employees, collaborators or guests of the Business Customer. For the processing of personal data carried out by the Business Customer, please refer to the privacy information provided from time to time by the company to its collaborators and/or employees or by the accommodation facility to its guests.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 1341 and 1342 of the Civil Code the parties, after reading each clause and rereading the contract, the Customer declares to expressly approve the following clauses: 4) Booking of services; 5) Rates; 7) Changes to the service; 9) Transport of luggage; 11) Terms for cancellation; 12) Liability and limitation of compensation for damages; 13) Insurance; 14) Complaints; 15) Interpretation; 16) Legislation and competent court.
